Things to consider when pricing the interior of a house:
  •  Amount of prep needed (drywall taping, caulking, sanding, & nail pops repaired)
  • Furniture, window treatments, & hardware to be moved, uninstalled and/or installed
  • Quality and number of the paint(s) chosen.
  •  The total number of coats applied.
  •  The number and type of doors/windows in a room
  •  The number of window/door frames in a room
  •  The type of trim & amount of trim in a room (baseboard, chair rail, crown molding, etc)
  •  Height of ceilings (these prices are for a room with 8′ ceilings)
Because there are so many variables that can adjust pricing we recommend an in-home consultation, so you will have a more accurate price for your transformation.

Things to consider when pricing the exterior of a home:

  • A professional soft or a low pressure wash to clean the area(s),
  • The amount of prep (scraping, sanding, etc)
  • Time for set up and clean up
  • Two coats of a high-quality paint
  • The number and type of doors/windows
  • The type and amount of trim in a room (shutters, window frames and crossheads, garage door frame, front door, sidelights, top lights and pediment, and bay window trim)

There are many variables that go into exterior painting proposals, we always recommend scheduling an in-person consultation to gather the proper information to assess your house and custom needs.

Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured business, where all of our employees are honest and trustworthy.

Step 1: Schedule your free in-home estimate. We will meet, discuss, and evaluate your needs, timeline, and budget.


Step 2: Preparation. This can be the longest step, depending upon the state of the area. We spackle and skim coat the area if needed. This will be addressed during your estimate when discussing your timeline.


Step 3: Interior or Exterior Painting/Wallpapering. This is the point of time when you get to see results starting to take form. The majority of our work is a 3 coat process for painting – a primer and 2 top coats. Most painters only do two coats total, where we find in necessary to have the 3 coats.  For wallpapering, this is where the wallpaper of choice is applied. We can provide various paint brand you would like – PPG, Sherman Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr or Valspar.


Step 4: Finishing Touches. Clean up is an essential step. Tarps are removed. Furniture will be put back. Pictures will be rehung where possible Carpets will be vacuumed and hardwood floors swept.


Step 5: Follow-up. We will follow-up with you 2 days later to ensure you are happy with the final project.
